Pork chops

I'm ashamed at how bad i've been at blogging so i'm not talking about it at all.

I will say that I've been cooking a lot. The problem is that I tend to just toss stuff together (as most mediocre cooks do) so I can't even remember what I did to replicate it. That's where food blogging really came in handy. I would talk about what I made, how I made it and how long it took...plus how it turned out. When i'm not blogging it I have no idea what i'm doing.
So this post is to fix that...

Basic pork chops
Boneless pork chops
Season salt
Water

Put chops in clear glass baking dish. Season with as much season salt as possible, be liberal trust me.  Pour a little water in the dish to avoid them drying out.

Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 50 minutes. If chops are thicker you may need more time.

That's it. They are so yummy. Make a salad and you're all done. I made over a dozen to eat this week. The kids liked them so that's a plus. Hope you try them out and enjoy them too!
