My case of the Mondays...on a Wednesday

Ugh. I had a rough morning so far for no other reason than being exhausted and not being totally ready when I ran out the door. I forgot my cell phone at home which always, always starts my day off yucky. There’s that awkward moment where you are driving and you realize it’s at home and you have to decide…do I go back and risk being late…or do I deal with not having my phone all day? I chose the latter, but seriously what did we do before everyone on earth had a cell? What if my car breaks down? I honestly don’t know what I’d do. Honest. Then I remember that I desperately needed gas. I’d make it to phx, but not necessarily to work. I couldn’t stop last night on my way home because I had to meet my dad to pick up the new tv (very exciting). Anyway, so I am driving on fumes and stop at the am/pm on 24th and something…realize my debit card is in the back pocket of my jeans…that surely went through the wash last night. So I’m like ok, grab a credit card…oh their CC machine is down awesome. No I don’t have a pin # for it mr. cashier. Ugh. So I pull three singles, yes that’s $3, out of my wallet from some bunco winnings and put $3 worth of gas in my car. Awesome. Great start to my day. I think I’m ready to go home now.

Wordless Wednesday still to come…

It's like that scene in Harold & Kumar (the funniest movie ever.) Kumar forgets something in his apartment and they're down the hall, like 15 feet. They both look back at their door and pause and Kumar says, "we've gone too far." ha ha ha. So true. That's too bad about your day so far. I hope it gets better. Watch harold and kumar tonight, that will make you laugh.
